We are not employees of any Futures Commission Merchant (“FCM”) or Broker-Dealer (“BD”). Our team is completely independent which allows us to place your interests first. You get the best of both worlds' solutions; firstly, access to some of the best FCMs and balance sheets in the world, and secondly, access to our team, technology, and service model. We offer a multi-FCM clearing solution while aggregating trades, positions, and all other broker data into a single platform, called Harvest. Additionally, Thalēs offers middle-office outsourcing which enables you to focus on your specific business needs and not get involved in mundane operational matters.
Currently, Thalēs has Introducing Broker (IB) agreements in place with:

Normally, this is not the case. In most cases, Thalēs has been able to beat, or at the very least, meet our prospective client’s current commission structure.
Yes. While Thalēs can act as a single point of contact for all account service needs, you can always contact your FCM directly. We work closely with the FCMs to deliver the best level of service to you.
We work with and recognize several third-party algorithm providers. Along with our FCM partners, we can introduce you to these providers and facilitate your implementation.
In conjunction with our FCM partners, we support virtually all electronic platforms, including Trading Technologies, Bloomberg EMSX, CQG, among others.
Leveraging our post-trade data management solutions, we provide automated data normalization, reporting, reconciliation, and more, to support your trade and operational data flow needs.

No, we have the flexibility to structure a commercial agreement with you to maximize our technology offering for 100% of your data, even though some accounts might be outside one of our eight FCM partners.
Setting up execution rates correctly can be challenging especially if there are multiple executing brokers, executing multiple products, across several FCMs. Fortunately, we can reconcile all execution rates daily, across all products and accounts, and will reach out to your FCMs directly to correct the rate set up.
Yes, Thalēs has created TIPS, (Trading Infrastructure Payment System). We work with you and your FCMs to set aside a percentage of execution commission to pay for appropriate trading and research expenses. We collect and pool these funds while managing the AP process on your behalf.
How you choose to work with us is your choice. We understand that one size fits all doesn't apply to everyone. We can be as involved as you like, and as a result, are very flexible. We see ourselves as a resource dedicated to our clients and are only here to make everything about your process easier.
