New York, March 17, 2026 – Thalēs, a technology-driven capital raising and derivatives brokerage firm, announced today that Keira Berger has joined Thalēs Capital Partners as a Managing Director. Berger brings extensive institutional fundraising experience, having partnered with managers across hedge funds, private credit, venture capital, opportunistic, and real estate strategies. She has worked with asset managers to attract long-term capital partners across institutional and private wealth channels.

Berger has served as a trusted partner to managers through market cycles. At Thalēs, she will focus on expanding investor relationships, advising managers on capital strategy and positioning, and supporting tailored fundraising initiatives through the firm’s institutional network.

“Keira’s background reflects both breadth and execution,” said Marc Cohen, CEO of Thalēs. “She has cultivated long-standing allocator relationships and helped managers articulate their strategies in increasingly competitive markets. Her experience further strengthens our ability to deliver thoughtful, high-touch advisory support to our clients.”

Prior to joining Thalēs, Berger served as Head of Investor Relations at Dwight & Co, where she led fundraising efforts and helped expand the firm’s investor base. She previously held senior business development and investor relations roles at Invesco, Marathon Asset Management, and Palmer Square Capital Management, raising capital across a wide range of alternative investment strategies. She began her career at Merrill Lynch, where she spent more than a decade in sales and trading roles in derivatives and credit markets. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS from Lehigh University.

“Keira combines strong technical fluency with meaningful distribution experience,” said David Modiano, Head of Capital Strategies at Thalēs. “She understands how allocators evaluate opportunities and how managers can best position themselves for long-term success. That perspective is highly complementary to the advisory work we’re doing across the platform.”

Thalēs has built a uniquely collaborative and forward-thinking platform,” said Keira Berger. “I’m excited to partner with managers to refine their messaging, broaden their investor reach, and help them navigate today’s evolving capital environment.”

Thalēs continues to deliver tailored capital solutions and advisory services to a curated group of alternative investment funds, supported by a robust community of institutional investors and a technology-enabled distribution platform.
