Tim O'Shea

Partner, President & Chief Operating Officer

Tim O’Shea is a Partner, President and Chief Operating Officer of Thalēs Trading Solutions and Chief Financial Officer of Thalēs Capital Partners. He is responsible for the firm’s day-to-day operations and oversees key corporate functions across the business.

Prior to joining Thalēs in 2012, Mr. O’Shea spent 19 years at Société Générale, where he served as Managing Director in the Financial Services Group in Chicago. During his tenure, he held a variety of roles across operations, technology, and sales.

Mr. O’Shea began his career in 1986 on the floor of the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) with Barnes & Co.

He holds a B.A. in Business Management from Roosevelt University.
