Stephan G. Solomon

Founding Partner, Chairman

Stephan Solomon is the Founding Partner and Chairman of Thalēs Trading Solutions. He has been a prominent figure in the futures and derivatives industry and a pioneer in capital introduction for over four decades.

Prior to co-founding Thalēs in 2012, Mr. Solomon spent 10 years at Société Générale as Senior Managing Director and Principal, where he oversaw the hedge fund derivatives brokerage and capital introduction teams in New York. He was also a member of the firm’s hedge fund incubator investment committee.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Solomon has held senior leadership roles and built derivatives brokerage and capital introduction franchises at Merrill Lynch, E.F. Hutton, and Prudential Securities.

Mr. Solomon holds a bachelor’s degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
