Marc Quintavalle

Director of Marketing

Marc Quintavalle is Director of Marketing at Thalēs. He is responsible for leading the firm’s marketing strategy, brand development, and communications, supporting business development and capital raising initiatives across the platform.

In his role, Mr. Quintavalle oversees lead generation, content marketing, and digital campaigns, working closely with investment managers and internal teams to enhance market positioning, strengthen investor engagement, and drive targeted growth. He also manages the firm’s marketing operations, including CRM systems, website strategy, and multi-channel distribution.

Mr. Quintavalle brings over 15 years of marketing experience in financial services. Prior to joining Thalēs, he held marketing and communications roles at CIT, E*TRADE Financial, and Putnam Investments, where he focused on brand strategy, demand generation, and digital marketing initiatives.

Mr. Quintavalle holds a B.S.B.A. in Marketing and Operations Management from Boston University and an M.S. in Sport Leadership from Endicott College.
