Marc M. Cohen

Founding Partner, Chief Executive Officer

Marc Cohen is a Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Thalēs Trading Solutions and Thalēs Capital Partners, where he is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the firms.

Mr. Cohen has extensive experience in the alternative investment industry. At Thalēs, he works with leading global institutions, providing brokerage services to hedge funds, CTAs, endowments, pension funds, banks, family offices, and other institutional investors. He also oversees the firm’s capital raising and advisory activities, supporting hedge fund managers across a wide range of investment strategies.

Prior to co-founding Thalēs in 2012, Mr. Cohen spent 10 years at Société Générale as Managing Director and Principal of the Financial Services Group. Earlier in his career, he served as Senior Vice President and Senior Sales Manager at Prudential Securities. He began his career in foreign exchange at Republic National Bank of New York, Fuji Bank, and Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Cohen holds a B.S. in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an MBA in International Finance from the University of Miami.
