Keira Berger

Managing Director

Keira Berger is a Managing Director at Thalēs Capital Partners. She is responsible for advising hedge fund and alternative asset managers on capital strategy, investor positioning, and fundraising initiatives, while expanding the firm’s relationships across institutional and private wealth channels.

Ms. Berger brings extensive experience in institutional fundraising and investor relations, having worked across a broad range of strategies including hedge funds, private credit, venture capital, opportunistic, and real estate. She partners closely with managers to help them articulate their strategies, navigate market cycles, and build long-term capital relationships.

Prior to joining Thalēs, Ms. Berger served as Head of Investor Relations at Dwight & Co, where she led fundraising efforts and helped expand the firm’s investor base. Earlier in her career, she held senior business development and investor relations roles at Invesco, Marathon Asset Management, and Palmer Square Capital Management. She began her career at Merrill Lynch, where she spent more than a decade in sales and trading roles focused on derivatives and credit markets.

Ms. Berger holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a B.S. from Lehigh University.
