She assists in preparing investor materials, coordinating meetings, and conducting market research to help identify and target prospective investors.

Prior to joining Thalēs, Ms. Calaforra was an Investor Relations Associate at AdvisIRy Partners, where she supported public companies in managing shareholder engagement, organizing investor meetings, and developing market insights.

Ms. Calaforra holds a B.S. in International Business from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
